ORDERS FROM SEED MAIL SEED CO. ship To the US Only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping prices will be determined by the weight and size of the order. Specialty Seed Mail boxes, when available, will be shipped between the 16th and 20th of the designated month. Seeds, and merch, will be shipped 3-5 business days after purchase, unless items were pre-ordered. Pre -orders will ship when they are ready. If you purchase more than one order, you are agreeing to the shipping price on each order, and will not be refunded for shipping. Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery in the USA. To claim a lost package, please allow 20 calendar days for domestic shipments. Claims for missing items or packages must be submitted within 60 days of the shipment delivery date.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
Our returns and refunds policy are as follows:
-If your account has already been charged, and you do not wish to receive the specialty box(es), seeds, or merch that you've paid for, contact firstname.lastname@example.org, as soon as possible. We are happy to give refunds for any unshipped packages. However, once a package has been shipped we can not offer a refund.
-We do not offer refunds if you receive an item that you do not want. However, we are sure there are lots of gardeners who would love to swap seeds with you. Visit our Instagram @seedmailseedco, or Stefane's personal Instagram @Mint2Grow to find potential swap buddies.
-We do not accept returns, regardless of whether the package or items have not been opened.
-If you receive a product with damage, please send us a photo of the damage to email@example.com, and we will be happy to ship you a replacement!
